Installing MYSQL Coonector / ODBC MySQL version 5.5 will be completely similar to that described for the installation version 5.1 as described above

You must  run the program installer mysql-connector-odbc-5.1.11-win32.msi.

Starting the installation of MySQL Connector / ODBC v 5.1.1
