Installation and configuration program BUREAU_NOT

To installing the program you must unpack file BUREAU_NOT_PRESENT.zip to a directory BUREAU created in the main directory of Logger32's. For different systems, WINDOWS-XP, or Windows 7 may be a different path. . The file is so packed that all the necessary files are already in the subdirectory BUREAU - so that all this should be copied it into a directory Logger32's Then run it and choose from the main menu Tools ---> Utility program setup .

It would be nice to set the relationship between the window Logger32 and window external program communicates with Logger32 . There are window OPERATOR SP9AUV and an external window - here called Using Radio 1 freq = 7136 Khz) . This coopeperation will be based on parent - child relationship (parent-Child). What's it matter? . Parent-child relationship means that clicking on the parent window should not be put out or hide the child windows. This relationship, if both programs are designed in the same project information is automatically respected. But if our programs come from other designers, then unfortunately no. As an example of not cooperating programs give such Logger32 and MSWord. Clicking on the MSWord window causes to hide windows Logger32 and vice versa. The programs from other designers and projects worked on parent-child relationship should use special mechanisms involving this and you have to catch the so-called handler (handle) Logger32 main program here. This is important in the case we want to make that the main program start automatically the cooperating program . However, to capture this handler -> Logger32 program should be run until the end, ie they should appear all of its windows. Therefore, first start up another program Sleep_Exec_Bureau_not_present.exe which measures the time delay of about 2 sec and then starts cooperating Bureau_not_present.exe. Therefore, in the table below do not directly choose the appropriate program co-operating but program delaying its launch

•	If the above dialog box pointed Check ( field to the left side near the name of the program) then after leaving the Logger32 and restarts, you will get immediately in short time 2 sec black DOS windows and next window BUREAU_NOT_PRESENT.exe as in the previous chapter

•	If you do not select the Check box to you must run manually the program BUREAU_NOT_PRESENT.exe after you start Logger32 . You must choose from the main menu Utilities ---> Sleep_exec_Bureau_not_present.exe

•	Now move the window position to the best position and choise the size, and next close the window

This saves the window size and it position

Now exit from the Logger 32. Restarting Logger32 already set us a window into the needed position and needed size
