Purpose of the program BUREAU_NOT_PRESENT

Program BUREAU_NOT_PRESENT.exe is designed to

• work with looger  program Logger32 to indicate whether a given QSO and specifically his country is present  QSL bureaa or no.
• After starting the program BUREAU_NOT_PRESENT.exe   establish communication with  Logger32 and by entering the callsign station or clicked callsign  on the bandmap-spot determines the country (the program has its own list of DXCC) and then determines on  basis files Countries_without_QSL_bureau.txt whether or not the QSL bureau exists or no.On the screen is displayed  appropriate word   (in red if it is not present QSL bureau ).
•If the proper communication is occured on the header of this windows is writed suitable message .Also continuously program displayed frequency VFO what change when turn knob - which indicates that the program is working properly.

The program remembers each time you exit the location and size of the window, so that when you restart the program window appears in the same place and same size.
