Cooperating of AWARD_SECRETARY with Ham Radio De Luxe

This description is based on version 5.24.0.38 of Ham Radio de Luxe First, run the program by clicking on the icon

We care the most about the My LogBook window showing the Log QSO. If it is not on the desktop yet, we can choose it

Choose  Layout to
add field
USER_DEFINIED

Chhose feld  
USER_DEFINIED
for configure field
to display

Appears field  in a field displayed
field USER_DEFINIED_1

Now you would have to look for QSOs or QSOs with the VE3UTT station for which we received a QSL card. This is done by setting the filter

Pressing icon Filter finding callsign

Enter callsign station searchin in the field filter

Choose callsign station for enter data

Write No card QL in thefield  USER_DEFINIED

Select in a bookmar k QSL that was  received

We do the same for others QSOS with this station, so that we will finally get the look

Numbering  all QSOs wit station VE3UTT

Cange order display  field  QSO

Now the oldest  QSO will be show as first

Now you would have to among the ADIF file  for the entire log . For this purpose, we call from the main menu

Do eksport data to ADIF File

Export data to ADIF file

End export to  adif

Now you need to copy the name field app_hamradiodeluxe_user_Defined_0 to the Personal Data Configuration window in Award_secretary

 

Approval in personal data
Award Secretary  the field name
under which it will be transferred
QSL card number

Let's look now how it will look when we read this data to Award_secretary
