For bookmarks between countries in  a home archive papers QSL card is created file COUNTRIS.CSV which contains lines for all countries in the format. CSV file to print bookmarks directly from HAM_SECRETARY.exe program or by use mail merge method in MS Word

The creation of a COUNTRIS.CSV achieved by selecting from the menu Bookmarks  for archive QSL cards - Sort according to list DXCC

 

After creating a file of bookmarks will appear report in this form
