Hello Jerzy,
This happens as a QSL manager to receive a request with only one QSO.
I reply the same day to the requests received. If there are several requests on the same day in this case no problem printing works properly. For the moment I add a ghost QSO in the print file in the case of a single QSO.
I'll have to make templates with one line for the various QSLs.
It's a pity that we cannot correct that!
