HAM_SECRETARY version 3.4.2 at 23.01.2016 year
In this release I do the following changes
• For Polish stations are now permitted breaking the callsign by /P /M / QRP. In the QSL_Via on QSL card is then
entered the OT and No. QSL bureau. Previously, if callsiggn was be for example. SP7XXX/P, then the program had written in a
report that the station is not services by the Polish QSL bureau.
• For the callsign breaking by /LH (LightHouse) /FF (Flora Fauna) /MM and other combinations breaking is not automatically
entered OT and No. LH - this is prefix for Norway /MM is not accepted by the ARRL .All these combinations of broken characters are usually
invented independently by ham-radio and do not comply with the requirements of Regulation of the RadioComunication . If you necessarily want
to send to the station QSL card then you can act like one of the methods ;
• for the SP4XXX/LH station box, in the field QSL_VIA write SP4XXX. If the station is services by the Polish QSL bureau then be entered in the field QS_Via on
the QSL card OT and No bureau
• in the list of special station operated by SP7DQR page
