Program BUREAU_ALL_QRZ_COM_FI.exe is designed to work with looger  program Logger32 as external program . This cooperation is aimed at : The name of the current  program was reatained in a  version v 2.0.0 although this software can download data not only from QRZ.COM but also from two other servers, with data about hams-radio stations. This cooperation aims at:
