This programs cooperating  with Logger32 and page  QRZ.COM - and gets data about station from QRZ.COM   and send them to Logger32. Besides, the programs checks whether there is a QSL bureau or not. as well as corecting  an incorrect and illogical entries in the field QSL_Via - see chapter. In this regard, I developed three versions of the program. The themes presented in Chapters:
