A button called "Press this button after completing the callsign" was introduced into the program interface. The previous version also downloaded data for stations with an incomplete character entered manually. Logger32 gives akso partial call for an external program when entering a character manually, also if a character not yet completed. Because my program is very fast, before the operator has time to press the next character, he will have time to download the data for the station with a partial character from QRZ. As a result of tests made by the users, it appeared that loging into your account at QRZ.COM using the default browser is not sufficient to obtain complete data ---> BUREAU_ALL_QRZ_COM_FI.exe program has an additional mini - a browser to login into your account - which creates a cookie for that program, and so is access to all data from QRZ.COM .It is only for login function and not for download data

1.	Improved detection of incorrect data for the field QSL_Via taken from QRZ.COM, and possibly adjusted by the user
