Bookmark is used to show the achievements in tabular form for all ARRL awards . It is similar to the table on page LOTW. This table looks as follows

The states in this table are entered automatically into the DXCCSummary table as new awards are calculated

entered automatically as new diplomas are calculated - even if the diploma has not yet achieved the conditions for obtaining the diploma and therefore has not even been saved.
